⏱️ Hourly Charters (As-Directed)

Perfect for multi-stop corporate meetings, weddings, concerts, and special events.

.Standard Hourly Rate: $170.00 per hour (Fully Inclusive of 20% Chauffeur Gratuity)

• Minimum Booking Requirement: 3-Hour Minimum ($510.00 total)

• Mileage Constraints: Includes up to 25 local transit miles per hour. Additional miles traveled over the total cumulative charter cap are billed at $4.00 per mile.

• Regional Boundaries: Trips originating or terminating outside the standard Chicagoland metropolitan footprint are subject to Garage-to-Garage travel time billing.

Streamlined flat-rate blocks designed for corporate roadshows, executives, and event coordinators.

  • Executive Half-Day Package (4 Hours): $680.00 (Includes up to 50 local transit miles. Additional miles traveled over 50 are billed at $4.00 per mile.)

  • Elite Full-Day Package (8 Hours): $1300.00 (Includes up to 100 local transit miles. Additional miles traveled over 100 are billed at $4.00 per mile)

  • Extended Overage Rate: $170.00/hr premium rate.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: Every rate listed on this website is the final, all-inclusive price. This flat rate fully includes regional highway tolls and a voluntary 20% professional chauffeur gratuity. Clients retain the right to modify or remove this amount prior to billing. There are absolutely no hidden fees or surcharges added at checkout. Standard published surcharges apply only to off-hour travel (11p,-5am) and inbound airport arrival logistics.

  • Airport Arrival Surcharge: A $30.00 fee is applied strictly to airport pickups (inbound arrivals) to cover real-time flight tracking, commercial airport terminal fees, and up to 45 minutes of complimentary curbside staging time.

  • After-Hours Surcharge: A $35.00 premium surcharge applies to any reservation where the pickup or travel time falls between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

  • Bespoke Routing: Point-to-point travel outside our standard operational zones is calculated at $4.75 per mile.

  • 📋 Reservation & Cancellation Policies

    • Booking Notice: All private online reservations require a minimum 12-hour advance notice. For immediate or last-minute transit requests within the 12 hour window, please contact us directly by phone at 331-998-1588 to check short notice fleet availability.

    • Standard cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more then 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will receive a full 100% refund.

    • Last-Minute Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12-24 hours of scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% late-cancellation fee.

    • Late Cancellations: Any reservation cancelled less then 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time or failure to show up within 15 minutes of scheduled time without notice will automatically forfeit 100% of the total fee across all service types (Hourly Charters,Day Packages,Airport Transfers, and Point to Point).

    • Flight delays & Tracking: Apex Luxury Transportation actively monitors all commercial flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, your booking will be automatically adjusted at no charge. If a flight is cancelled by the airlines,please notify us immediately to reschedule or receive a full credit.

    • Complimentary Wait Time: All airport arrivals include up to 45 minutes of complimentary curbside staging time starting from when the flight officially touches down. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Extended wait time is billed at $2.50 per minute thereafter.

    • Safety & Compliance: For the safety and comfort of all passengers, smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside our flagship Cadillac Escalade ESV.
